From spring food drives to Thanksgiving morning, here's what happens across the year.

MAY

USPS Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive

The National Association of Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive takes place every May, the largest single-day food drive in the nation. Leave non-perishable food by your mailbox and your letter carrier delivers it straight to the Emergency Food Bank.

JUNE

Kaiser Permanente Skedaddle Bubble Run & Walk

An energetic, festival-style 5K or 10-miler on a flat, fast course, filled with bubbles for runners and walkers alike. Proceeds support our Nutrition Education programs.

NOVEMBER

Run & Walk Against Hunger

Presented by the Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation, our Run & Walk Against Hunger takes place every Thanksgiving morning, a beloved family tradition with a Kids' Quarter-Mile Fun Run, 5K Run/Walk, and 10K Run.

Stuff the Bus

Partnering with San Joaquin RTD, during this exciting two-day event, the community helps fill a bus with food to help stock our shelves for the busy holiday season.

Emergency Food Bank Golf Tournament

Make an impact at the Emergency Food Bank Golf Tournament, held annually on the second Monday in July. Enjoy a great day of golf, friendly competition, and community spirit - all while helping provide nutrition education, vital programs and food, vital programs, to families throughout San Joaquin County.

Tournament at a glance

MONDAY , JULY 13, 2026 | Woodbridge Golf & Country Club

9:30 a.m. Registration, player gifts ($100 value), practice range, putting contest, refreshments
10:30 a.m. Lunch
11:30 a.m. Shotgun start — scramble format
~4:30 p.m. Steak dinner, golf awards, and the Pebble Beach raffle drawing

On-course games: hole-in-one contests (car, cash, diamond, camera), longest-drive contests, the "Casino Hole," and the "Hit the Windshield" contest.
