Our events bring the community together to fight hunger in San Joaquin County. Whether you'r running, volunteering, golfing or hosting your own fundraiser, your participation helps provide food adn hope to loal families.

Run & Walk Against Hunger
Presented by the Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation

The Emergency Food Bank Run and Walk Against Hunger, takes place every Thanksgiving morning and has become a beloved holiday tradition for families across our community.

Participants can choose from:

  • Kids Quarter Mile Fun Run
  • 5K Run/Walk
  • 10K Run

Join us for a meaningful and fun way to start Thanksgiving - while hleping neighbors facing hunger.

NAIFA Central Valley Charity Golf Tournament
For nearly 50 years, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Central Valley (NAIFA) has hosted a premier charity golf tournament benefiting the Emergency Food Bank.

Held at the exclusive Woodbridge Golf & Country Club, this annual event includes:

  • A day of championship golf
  • Great food
  • Raffle prizes
  • Fun and fellowship for a great cause

Turkey Brigade
Stockton Fire Department Local 456 - Stockton Police Officers Association - Food 4 Less

Each holiday season, Santa and his helpers from the Stockton Professional Firefighters, Stockton Police Officers' Association, PAQ Inc, Food 4 Less/Rancho San Miguel Markets, and community partners come together for the Turkey Brigade.

This heartwarming event delivers turkeys to the Emergency Food Bank, helping ensure families across San Joaquin COunty can enjoy a holiday meal.

Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive

The National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive takes place every May and is the largest one-day food drive in the nation - and possible the world.

How to participate:

  1. Place a box or bag of non-perishable food items next to your mailbox.
  2. Your letter carrier will collect the donations druing mail delivery.
  3. Food is delivered directly to the Emergency Food Bank

With your help, we can Stamp Out Hunger in San Joaquin County. Together we can fight hunger - one mailbox at a time. #StampOutHunger

Kaiser Permanente Skedaddle
5K/10K & 10Miler Bubble Run&Walk

Join us for the second year of the kaiser Permanente Skedaddle Bubble Run & Walk - back by popular demand and bigger than ever!

Experience an energetic, festival-style event featuring:

  • A 5K, 10K or 10-miler course
  • Flat terrain and long straightways - perfect for personal records
  • A fun, bubble-filled atmosphere for runners and walkers alike

Proceeds support the Emergency Food Bank's Nutrition Education Programs.

Host Your Own Event

You can host your own fundraiser and donate the proceeds to help end hunger in our community. Supporting the Emergency Food Bank by hosting an event is a meaningful and impactful way to give back.

Ideas include:

  • Birthday Celebration: Ask for donations in lieu of gifts
  • Company Event: Employee donations with employer matching
  • Party or Gathering: Collect monetary or food donations as an entry fee
