Host a Food Drive!

Hundreds of families and individuals receive emergency food assistance at the Emergency Food Bank Main Pantry, and also at partner pantries throughout San Joaquin County.  Without donations of food and funds, the Emergency Food Bank would not be able to continue to provide assistance to those in need.

We encourage the community to support our mission by sponsoring a food drive to collect non-perishable, shelf-stable food items. Your support will make a big impact in fighting hunger in San Joaquin County.

  • Host a Canned Food Drive at your school, business, organization, church, or neighborhood.
  • Become a Food Drive of the Month Partner (See below).
  • Ask guests to bring canned food items to events.  Not sure what items to collect?  Read our article on Food Drive Donations here.
