Your contributions are secure and very much appreciated.  The Emergency Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for income tax purposes.  Please consult your tax advisor or the IRS to determine whether a contribution is deductible.

Food Donations

Essential Food Items

The EFB depends on generous donations from the community.  We are always in need of the following items:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Tuna
  • Pasta
  • Canned Fruits & Vegetables
  • Produce - We welcome donations of fresh produce.  We distribute fresh fruits & vegetables at our Main Pantry and through our Mobile Farmer's market, which current goes to over 60 locations in San Joaquin County.

Food Drives

Food drives provide an additional supply of food for our clients.  The EFB is always in need of canned and non-perishable food items which can be collected when you host a food drive.  To coordinate a food drive at your business, school, church, or community organization, please call us at (209) 464-7369.

  • Food Pantry/Produce Line Volunteers
  • Warehouse Volunteers
